  1. Introduction:
Welcome to OptMum Digital, a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Gurgaon. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
  1. Service Description:
OptMum Digital provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, website development, graphic designing, ecommerce marketing and other related services.
  1. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the fulfillment of digital marketing services. OptMum Digital is not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate, delayed or incomplete information provided by the client.
  1. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information provided by the other that is not publicly available. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and proprietary information. Only in case a contract is signed between the two parties, OptMum Digital shall not use the project as a case study in public for marketing purposes.
  1. Payment Terms:
Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services. In case of payments which includes GST, the GST amount shall be filed every month on the GST Portal, if in case client does not wish to pursue the services he/she should provide the same in writing with 1 Month Notice Period/Or as per the contract created mutually.
  1. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed or used during the provision of services, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and content, remains the property of client & OptMum Digital unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  1. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated by the client before completion, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
OptMum Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold OptMum Digital harmless from any claims resulting from the client’s use of our services.
  1. Changes to Terms:
OptMum Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
  1. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Haryana, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon. (OptMum Digital/Mumbai Option) is committed to helping its customers in every way feasible, which is why it has the most flexible cancellation policy. According to this policy:

Cancellations are only considered when the request is submitted within 6 hours after placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping/working on them.There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions/events/offers like Month end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New year etc. These are special occasions/events that have a limited schedule and thus cancellations are not likely to be possible.

Any service defect due to of any third-party such as hosting, servers images, hosting or content writing, OptMum Digital/Mumbai Option cannot be held accountable in any way. Any efforts OptMum Digital/Mumbai Option has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to be paid as per the standard rate of the company.

If you think that the product you received was not what you expected on the website or according to your expectations, notify us at the customer support within 24 hours after receipt of the item. Our Customer Service Team after looking through your complaint will come to the appropriate action.

Refund Policy –

When you purchase our services or products due to the nature of our business, OptMum Digital/Mumbai Option does not offer any guarantee of refund. If in any way not completely satisfied with the purchase, please inform us by our support team within 24hrs of receipt of the item. Our Customer Service Team after looking at your complaint will make the appropriate action.

For SEO services the payment plan allows customers to make the monthly payments following a review of the performance of prior work. Due to the nature of the business, any SEO company including OptMum Digital/Mumbai Option can not offer guarantee of rankings/traffic/sales. When you make the next payment or paying to start a brand new venture you acknowledge that you’re satisfied with service that have been provided to date.
